"No Replies from Customer Service!"
I placed an order just yesterday and then figured out I got the wrong bulb. I shot off two emails and even left a voicemail to cancel, but no luck. Nobody has gotten back to me on any of it. The cheapest shipping was over $20, and I really don’t want to fork out cash for shipping and then have to pay again to send them back. I’m worried that by the time I hear back, it’ll be too late to cancel, and I’ll end up paying for both shipping fees. Ugh!

While I was hunting around various sites for a rare compact fluorescent U-shaped tube to swap out in my liquor bottle display, I stumbled upon bulbcenter.com. I easily found the exact item I was after...13 watt, PL 2Pin single UShaped twin tube...the images of the product reassured me that I had the right part for my setup. What really made the deal sweet was the low price, plus the shipping fee, so I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. It arrived in just 3 days. The tube fit perfectly and lit up just right. I'm feeling pretty pleased!
